  I so wanted to give a local shop near my business establishment a shot. There's not many places that deliver in the area for pizza... The initial interaction on the phone was pretty poor but the guy sounded frustrated and overwhelmed so I figured okay no big deal. When I asked if they take card (which really any business should take today) he said he prefered cash. I checked to see if I had enough on my I did not. So I got an attitude for paying over the phone with my card... Than I was told 45 minutes for 2 pies to be delivered... Around the block. When I asked to confirm the long time I was told we're busy but it will probably be a little earlier.
  55 minutes later... No pizza. I called and again got an attitude and was told "yeah he'll be there soon." No apology, nothing. Obviously they feel any local business alliance is not important. I will not be ordering from them again.
  Update: 1:05 minutes later. We finally have pizza. No apologies for the wait and not even a thanks for the tip. Which I should not have given but I felt bad for the kid.
